Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spas owns and operates more than 50 full-service salonsand day spas throughout the United States and Europe.
In 2006, Red Door Spas decided to give its business a makeover— starting with the existing legacy system.
The company engaged Savantis Group for Phase 2 of the project—replacing the legacy system with SAP ERP 6.0 Software.
Phase 2, scheduled to begin in February 2007 and to go live in August 2007, included the following business modules: Promotions Merchandise Distribution POS Store Interface Procure to Pay Internal Warehouse Processes Private Labels New Store Opening Financial Accounting Management Accounting Installing SAP ERP 6.0 involves much more than a simple installation. Working closely with Savantis, Red Door Spas went live with SAP Retail in August 2007 as scheduled, with minimal interruption to business.
A solid, scalable SAP implementation gave Red Door Spas a strong foundation to add new salons and to continue its growth.
