Leadership team

Roel Deuss

Roel Deuss, chief executive officer and managing partner, co-founded Savantis Group in January 2006. Roel has extensive experience in SAP solutions and resourcing in the United States and Europe. He oversees our Solutions and Resourcing divisions, provides thought leadership for the firm, and he manages our SAP partner relationship.

Roel earned a Master of Arts degree in Strategic Personnel Management and a Master of Arts degree in European Social Policy Analysis from Tilburg University in the Netherlands.

Deniz Mater

Deniz Mater, president and chief operating officer, is the co-founder of Savantis Group. Deniz has fifteen years of SAP experience as an SAP SD implementation consultant, SAP manager, senior manager and senior program manager with SAP, BearingPoint and Applied Biosystems.

Deniz earned a Master of Science in Information Technology from Napier University in Edinburgh, Great Britain and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in Istanbul.

Tuncay (TJ) Kucuktas

Tuncay (TJ) Kucuktas is Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Savantis Group. He is a result oriented technology leader with strengths in architectural guidance, technology strategy vision, and delivery on complex solutions roadmap. His executive experience includes over 19 years in directing and managing implementations with global teams.

Before joining Savantis Group, Tuncay was the Director of Information Technology/CISO for Coca-Cola Enterprises where he held responsibility for Global Information Security, Compliance and Governance and gained valuable experience on Cloud solutions and Mobility technologies. Prior to Coca-Cola Enterprices, he worked for SAP America as Principal consultant/architect where he combined his broad range of technical experience with hands-on expertise in architecture, design, installation, upgrade, implementation and support of SAP Basis and Security Technologies including OS/DB Migrations, SAP HANA and SAP Identity Management (IdM) at multiple enterprises across a variety of industry sectors.
